Check-In & Check-Out Times
1. Check-In: After 3pm (flexible upon request)
2. Check-Out: By 11am (flexible upon request)

House Rules
1. Follow COVID safety protocols with masks and social distancing where able to
2. 10:00pm - 6:00am is quiet time for all guest so please respect this
3. Pets permitted (proof of vaccinations)
*Doggy Daycare and Boarding available at the Second Family Dog Lodge (on-site)

Pet Policy
1. On-leash or in a kennel with respect to other guests with animals. (Not allowed to roam free if there are other pets in the house)
2. If a pet is left in your room while you're gone, they must be kennelled.
3. Proof of Vaccines must be provided prior to arrival

Cancellation Policy
1. 72 Hours notice required during off season stays to receive a refund. Holidays, long weekends and peak travelling season 7 days notice required to receive refund

Liability
1. The guest acknowledge joint and several liability for all services rendered until full settlement of bills.
2. Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the rooms caused by themselves, their friends or any person for whom they are responsible.
3. Management is not responsible for your personal belongings and valuables like money, jewellery or any other valuables left by guests in the rooms.
4. Regardless of charge instructions, I acknowledge that I am personally liable for the payment of all charges incurred by me during my stay.
